Each item is made to order, just for you — which means we begin the process right after you secure it. Because of this, all deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of preorder operations and supplier relationships. If you have any concerns before placing an order, don’t hesitate to message us first.Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes, absolutely. If you prefer to pay the full amount at once, you can — but only 50% is required to secure your order. Once your item arrives, we’ll notify you to arrange pickup or delivery (if you haven’t already paid in full).Can I choose a different colour or custom option?
Yes — many items come in a variety of colour options or finishes. If that’s the case, you’ll see a “Message Me” button under the item. That link takes you straight to WhatsApp, where you can ask about available variations.Do you have items in stock?

Not always. Some of our pieces are website exclusives — meaning they’re only available through solapparelbvi.shop and won’t be posted on Instagram or WhatsApp. These drops are carefully selected and often limited, so if you see something on the site you love, don’t wait too long.
